Une optimisation des produits Trend en environnement Citrix :
Problem: The issue occurs when running default installations of the Client/Server Security Agent of Worry-Free Business Security (WFBS) Standard / Advanced 5.0 / 5.1 on Terminal or Citrix servers. One instance of each process appears per active session.
Solution:
To prevent PCCNTmon.exe from running on each session, please do the following:
1. Open the Registry Editor on the Client/Server Security Agent.
a. Click Start > Run.
b. Type "regedit" then click OK.
Important: Always create a backup before modifying the registry. Incorrect registry changes may cause serious issues. Should this occur, restore it by referring to the "Restoring the Registry" Help topic in Regedit.exe or the "Restoring a Registry Key" Help topic in Regedt32.exe.
2. Go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\TrendMicro\PC-cillinNTCorp\CurrentVersion\Misc hive.
3. Create the Dword registry key "RCS" and set its value with the following:
Base: Decimal
Value data: 202
To prevent the TmicAgentSeting.exe from running on each session, you need to have the newest version of Worry-Free Remote Manager, which can manage WFBS Standard / Advanced. This is because the TmicAgentSeting.exe process is a WFRM agent from an older build.
